This summer we’re grilling some more creative—and oh yes, colorful—sausages. Brooklyn’s Foster Sundry bolsters meaty sausages with Pantone-friendly ingredients like kale and beets. “Outside of work, I mostly eat vegetables, so I try to make the sausages produce-heavy,” says Cara Nicoletti, the shop’s butcher. It won’t be long before a place near you does the same.
